Yes. Multiple signers may participate in the same In-Person Electronic Notarization (iPen) session when the document and electronic notarization platform support multiple signers.

Each signer whose signature is being notarized must:

• Be physically present with the Notary
• Personally appear before the Notary
• Provide satisfactory identification
• Complete any required electronic signatures
• Meet the requirements for the applicable notarial act

Because iPen is an in-person electronic notarization, it should not be confused with Remote Online Notarization (RON). If one or more signers will not be physically present with the Notary, contact B. Elise Notary Services before scheduling so we can determine whether another service option may be appropriate.
