Yes. B. Elise Notary Services has a notary embosser available for documents that request or require an embossed impression.
An embosser creates a raised impression on the paper and may sometimes be referred to as a raised seal. It can be used in addition to the notary's official Florida stamp when requested.
For Florida notarizations, the embosser does not replace the notary's required official rubber stamp. Florida law requires the notary seal to be a rubber stamp containing specific information, and the statute expressly permits an embosser to be used in addition to the required seal.
If your document instructions specifically request an embossed seal, raised seal, or notary embosser, please let us know when scheduling your appointment so we can prepare accordingly.
If the document will be submitted to a particular agency, institution, or foreign authority, we also recommend confirming its specific requirements before your appointment.
