How do I schedule an I-9 Verification appointment?

I-9 Employment Verification appointments with B. Elise Notary Services may be scheduled through our Online Booking system.

Book an I-9 Verification Appointment

When scheduling, select the I-9 Employment Verification service and provide the requested information about your employer and appointment.

Before your appointment, please make sure you have:

  • Instructions provided by your employer, if applicable
  • Your Form I-9 or access to your employer's electronic I-9 system, when applicable
  • The original, acceptable identification and employment authorization documents you choose to present

Employees are permitted to choose which acceptable Form I-9 documents to present from the Lists of Acceptable Documents; an employer or authorized representative generally should not tell the employee which specific documents to provide.

Same-day appointments may be available based on availability. Please contact us if you need assistance scheduling an urgent appointment.

Important: Form I-9 verification is not a notarization. When designated by an employer, B. Elise Notary Services completes the applicable Form I-9 verification as the employer's Authorized Representative.
