B. Elise Notary Services offers Form I-9 Authorized Representative services with pricing based on how the verification is completed:

• In-Office I-9 Verification: $10
• Mobile I-9 Verification: $10 plus applicable travel fees
• Remote/Virtual I-9 Verification: $25, when the employer is eligible and authorizes use of the DHS alternative procedure

These fees are for assistance with the Form I-9 employment verification process as the employer's Authorized Representative. Form I-9 verification is not a notarization.

E-Verify Employer Agent services are a separate service and are $25 per employee.

Additional fees may apply for travel or other requested services. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Receipts are provided and may be used for employer reimbursement or recordkeeping when applicable.
