After your Remote Online Notarization session is successfully completed, you will receive access to the completed electronic notarized document.
Because the document was electronically signed and notarized, the completed electronic file is the original electronically notarized document. There is not a separate wet-ink paper original that will be mailed to you.
You may download, save, or forward the electronic document as needed. You may also print a copy for your records; however, a printed copy is not the same as the original electronic file containing the electronic signatures, notarial certificate, and digital credentials.
Before completing a Remote Online Notarization, confirm that the receiving party will accept an electronically signed and notarized document.
