Yes. Many employers use electronic Form I-9 or employee onboarding systems and provide employees with a link or instructions for their Authorized Representative.

Please bring or provide the link, instructions, access information, or other documentation supplied by your employer.

When designated as your employer's Authorized Representative, B. Elise Notary Services can follow the employer's instructions, examine the acceptable documents you choose to present, and enter or confirm the required information in the employer's electronic system.

Some employers may also require us to contact an HR representative during the appointment.
